Our Teacher Training will strengthen your teaching skills as a yoga teacher and practictioner. You’ll discover how to take a regular practice to a whole new space. Like yoga straps, blocks, blankets, etc., the hammock are just another tool to enhance the journey and practice of yoga. If movement and yoga is your heart, you will learn, appreciate and embrace the practice of aerial yoga.
Atherial takes safety as the #1 priority in the Aerial Yoga practice and community. You will experience the journey of taking the asanas safely, teach proper cuing and alignment for the air.
Included in the Training:
Training is an intense 60-Hour Training that will leave you feeling like you went on a journey. Our training is built to have you teach and practice a safe Aerial Yoga Basics and Flow 1 classes. Therefore, practicum hours are extremely important to complete this certification. Our training is comprised of 48-Hours of classroom, 12-hours of practicum hours and 2-Hours of 1 on 1 Coaching. The intention is to feel you confident leading or practicing an Aerial Yoga class.
Training Schedule for Two Weekends:
April 5-7 & 12-14:
Friday – Sunday from 8:30-5:30pm
Practicum: 12-hours MUST be completed within 30-days…that’s why 1-month of unlimited classes are included with your tuition!
