Our education journey continues! Participants will explore more challenging postures, progressions and transitions. You will have an opportunity to explore a deeper journey into who your ideal students you would like to teach.

We will show you how to take an Aerial Yoga Flow 1 class and progress it into a Flow 2 class; including flying poses, building on to a Flow 1 pose and teaching students how to progress, and last we’ll give you an introduction to injury prevention. A sample class, spotting, and practice teaching, complete this level of training.

*You must complete the Aerial Yoga Level 1 Teacher

Included in the Training:
Training is an intense 30-Hour Training that will leave you feeling like you went on a journey. Our training is built to have you teach and practice a safe Aerial Yoga progressions and transitions for a Flow 2 class. Therefore, practicum hours are extremely important to complete this certification. Our training is comprised of 24-Hours of classroom, 6-hours of practicum hours and 2-Hours of 1 on 1 Coaching. The intention is to feel you confident leading or practicing an Aerial Yoga Flow 2 class.

Training Schedule for One Weekend:

May 3-5:
Friday – Sunday from 8:30-5:30pm
Practicum: 6-hours MUST be completed within 30-days…that’s why 1-month of unlimited classes are included with your tuition!

By the end of this training, you should be able to:
Review a typical Aerial Yoga Flow 1 class
Determine the difference between an Aerial Yoga Flow 1 and Aerial Yoga Flow 2 class
Discuss the difference between the poses used in an Aerial Yoga Flow 2 class and a Sling or DanceFly class at Atherial
Create an Aerial Yoga Flow 2 class
Identify basic aerial poses and how to progress it to another level
Demonstrate how to perform safe spotting techniques and injury prevention
Explore and identify your ideal student
Teach an Aerial Yoga Flow 2 class

Completion of Aerial Yoga Level 1 Teacher Training
