Practicing virtually is our best way to connect and stay united as a community right now. To set yourself up for success treat your practice as sacred just as you would in the studio. Turn cell phones off, make sure family members and pets know not to disturb you, dim the lights, light candles, gather any props you have– these are all ways we can continue to honor the time and space we are dedicated to our yoga practice.
This is a learning experience for us all- let’s hope it works & we welcome feedback as we learn together! We will be using the zoom platform. The link for this class is below.
Enjoy an all-level vinyasa flow that will include traditional sun salutations and fun standing poses. Modifications will be shown and offered as well as up-level poses.
Classes continue to be donation based. Venmo the teacher directly with your donation or let them know you want to use a class from your punch card and we’ll take care of it!

A little about virtual classes. We are intentionally making these live so that students and the teacher can connect before the practice with one another. Connection in this time of physical distancing is vital! You always have choice as to whether people can see you as you can turn your video on/off at the bottom left of your zoom screen. As we all learn together how to do this feedback is welcome!
