The resort boasts several nourishing, 100% natural and odorless hot springs including the unique experience of relaxing in primitive pools alongside an alpine river.

Princeton.

About Your Retreat Guides:
Ali Bullano MSW, E-RYT 500 is an international yoga and meditation teacher, a business owner, and social worker. Through the self-healing properties of yoga and meditation, Ali’s life transformed from depressive and anxiety-ridden to open-hearted and purposeful. Once the spark of these practices were lit, she completed 500 hours of yoga teacher training with Yax Yoga Concepts, based in Virginia Beach from 2012-2014. Ali moved to Denver in 2015 and opened Zenver Yoga shortly after. In her classes you’ll experience guided meditation, breathwork, meditative music, and intelligent sequencing focused on opening the myofascial lines of the body. With her affectionate personality, heartwarming approach, and soothing voice, you will feel right at home in one of her classes.
Ali has her Master’s in Social Work degree, specializing in clinical health and wellness and is the owner of Zenver Yoga in Highlands Square.

Amanda Anspach is an international yoga and meditation teacher currently based in Colorado. Born and raised in the Bay Area, California, she was introduced to yoga at age 18 after her first knee surgery. She felt compelled to go to the source and traveled to India to study Hatha yoga right after college. Since then, her adventurous spirit has landed her in over 20 countries to teach, practice, and work with retreats and festivals. In 2015, she began studying the SmartFLOW method with her teacher, Annie Carpenter, who she continues to study with. Amanda’s practice is rooted in ancient teachings, modern movement principles, and sacred stillness. Her teaching style emphasizes alignment and mindfulness to facilitate a deeper level of awareness and compassion. To quote one of her students, “Amanda embodies a unique blend of intensity and calmness, of discipline and relaxed playfulness — a sort of walking embodiment of sthira sukha.” She currently teaches alignment-based vinyasa, Yin, and kid’s yoga classes in Denver and is a part of Envision Festival’s yoga staff in Costa Rica. Amanda is also a professional tie dyer and you can check out her colorful world of yoga, travel, and art on instagram @tiedyeallday.
